The motor yacht M/Y Alba II is perhaps the most legendary of all Swedish vintage boats to date. Much has been written about the fate of this fascinating ship, which now is part of Swedish Marine History . On board M/Y Alba II you will be told the interesting tale of this vessel. Built in 1912, she was subsequently owned by bankers and ambassadors alike. In 1964 she was sunk by her owner and then salvaged in 1993, from a depth of 100 meters. She is now finally restored back to her former resplendent shape. After seven years of restoration, including 25,000 man-hours and attracting a lot of attention, M/Y Alba II was once again launched in May, 2000. Today, she is by many considered the most beautiful vintage boat in Sweden. M/Y Alba II may be chartered for luncheon and dinner cruises on Lake Mälaren or in the Stockholm archipelago. She is the perfect choice when you and your guests want to experience life’s best. On board we have our own chef and serving-staff. The menu features traditional Swedish cuisine, which of course includes fish and sea-food. During late summer and fall you can enjoy cozy dinners by candle-light.
